About our service
PDX Roof Broker is a referral and comparison service that helps homeowners compare roof replacement options from participating local roofing contractors in the Portland, Oregon metro area and surrounding communities. PDX Roof Broker is not a roofing installation contractor, does not perform roofing work, and does not represent that it compares every contractor in the market. Estimates are not bids
The estimated roof options we provide are planning figures prepared after a short call to understand your roof and goals. They remain subject to roof measurements, condition, verified scope, and contractor confirmation. They are not a final, binding bid and are not a guaranteed price. No pricing is shown before we have spoken with you about your roof.
No guarantee of offers
We do not guarantee that a specific number of contractor options will be available for any given project. The number of participating contractors and options available may vary by location, project scope, season, and contractor availability.
Contractor identities
To keep your options organized, contractors may initially be presented anonymously as Contractor A, B, and C in your emailed options. Contractor identities are shared before an inspection is confirmed. [Confirm the exact point at which identities are shared and how.]
Financing
Any financing preferences you share in the questionnaire are planning inputs only. They are not a credit application, a pre-approval, or a guarantee of financing. Financing terms, eligibility, and approval are determined by the contractor or third-party lender, not by PDX Roof Broker.
Inspection
A roof inspection may be required before any option is finalized. If an inspection is appropriate, we help coordinate a tentative one and confirm it with you before it happens. Estimated options do not replace the need to verify the roof in person. This site does not allow public booking of an inspection from the questionnaire.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information about your roof and property, and you confirm that you are the homeowner or are authorized to make decisions about the property. You are responsible for verifying any contractor's licensing, insurance, and warranties before entering into an agreement.
No obligation
Submitting the questionnaire does not create an obligation to hire any contractor or to proceed with any option. You choose whether to move forward at each step.

To the extent permitted by law, PDX Roof Broker is not liable for the work, pricing, warranties, or conduct of any participating contractor.
